6t6.in keeps as little about you as it can. You don’t need an account to make a link.
What we keep
- The link you shorten, the time you made it, and its QR code if you asked for one. Links are deleted after 30 days unless you tick “Do not auto delete”.
- Your IP address, briefly. We use it to limit how many links one person can make. The counters are reset within a day.
- Refused attempts. When we refuse a link, we note the time, your IP address (or Telegram chat number) and the link. We keep the last 200 of these to spot abuse.
- Telegram. If you use our Telegram bot, we read the message you send it and use your chat number for the same limits.
Who else sees it
The site runs behind Cloudflare, which handles every visit and keeps its own logs. If you ask for a QR code, the short link (not the address it leads to) is sent to api.qrserver.com, which draws the image. We don’t sell or share anything else.
